Airbus Defence and Space is looking for a VIE in Germany as Project & Support (d/f/m).

The Volunteer for International Experience (VIE) program is an international program sponsored by the French Ministry of Economy, Finance and Employment, open to Airbus to offer young professionals the opportunity to have valuable paid work experience abroad in a technical or business function. We are looking for highly motivated graduates aged 18 to 28 years, who are citizens of the European Union (all E.U. nationals, plus Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein). Your tasks and responsibilities

· 
Develop (jointly with Head of TCDG, CI Business Operations, and other internal experts) a business operations function that aims at making the TCDG organization more efficient and allow it to serve all interactions it has with superior organizations

· 
Support selected (internal) projects with high strategic relevance (e.g. IAMD task force)

· 
Support market intelligence gathering specifically for the TCDG relevant markets (in close alignment with the Marketing teams) 

Desired skills and qualifications

· 
University degree in the area of engineering, industrial engineering, business administration or comparable qualification

· 
Confidence in using the MS Office & Google product range.

· 
Enthusiasm for technology and creativity in finding solutions.

· 
An independent way of working and enjoy realizing challenging solutions and working in a team.

· 
Language skills: English & German would be also recommended
