An offer entitled "Web development Technical leader (m/f) for CRM domain" has just opened within Airbus Helicopters. 

You will join the AH Information Management Directorate, to manage, drive and monitor the delivery of Digital projects, related to Airbus Helicopters Customer Relationship Management domain. 

Activities around Customer Relationship Management are today mainly driven by Marketing, Sales and Support departments. These business domains are composed of various teams that interact directly or indirectly with our customers and use various solutions that help building up customer relationships.

In this context, the Web development technical leader is dedicated to supporting these businesses in designing, developing and supporting IT solutions that support a common vision shared across business departments. The CRM solutions portfolio consists in:

· 
Our Salesforce platform, which includes: Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud and other tiers applications (QUIP, PROS CPQ, Qualtrics…)

· 
Our customer portal AirbusWorld: powered by Liferay portal solution, that exposes a set of services developed with the last industry standards

· 
Our technical requests applications: a set of web and mobile based services developed specifically to answer to both Customers expectation and Security standards

· 
a wide range of custom web-based applications that support various domains from marketing to support

Tasks AND accountabilities

As a Web development Techlead, you will be responsible for defining technical strategies, guiding the development team, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality web solutions for Airbus Helicopters operations. You will work closely with business and digital colleagues to ensure technical excellence and alignment with industry-specific requirements. This includes establishing best practices, mentoring team members, and overseeing the technical aspects of projects from conception to deployment. The goal is to build robust, scalable, and secure web applications that provide the highest possible value to the organization.

Responsibilities:

· 
Define and evolve the technical roadmap for web development, aligning it with business objectives and industry trends.

· 
Lead the design and architecture of web applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.

· 
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the web development team (mainly today outsourced), fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.

· 
Oversee code reviews, ensure adherence to coding standards, and implement best practices for software development life cycle (SDLC).

· 
Collaborate with product owners and business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical specifications.

· 
Evaluate and recommend new technologies, frameworks, and tools to enhance web development capabilities.

· 
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide solutions to ensure smooth operation of web applications.

· 
Manage the technical debt, ensuring maintainability and long-term viability of web solutions.

· 
Stay updated with emerging web technologies and industry standards, and integrate them where appropriate.

· 
Participate in Airbus group initiatives and lead technical exchanges, representing the web development domain.

Competences, Methods & Tools:

Technical Expertise :

· 
Strong proficiency in front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, modern frameworks like React, Angular, Vue.js ) and CMS solutions (liferay, strapi)

· 
Deep understanding of back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, .NET, Ruby on Rails) and relevant frameworks.

· 
Experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL) and data modeling.

· 
Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and their relevant services.

· 
Familiarity with containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration.

· 
Understanding of API design principles (REST, GraphQL) and integration.

· 
Solid grasp of security best practices in web development.

· 
Experience with performance optimization and scalability considerations.

Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC):

· 
Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git, GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket).

· 
Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

· 
Understanding of testing methodologies (unit, integration, end-to-end testing).
