Are you a structured and detail-oriented professional with a passion for driving quality in digital solutions? Satair is seeking a QA Manager to take ownership of the quality assurance process for our e-commerce platform, ensuring it meets the highest standards of functionality, performance, and usability.

As QA Manager, you'll collaborate closely with product owners, stakeholders, and our Test Manager to define and execute robust testing strategies. Your role will be integral to maintaining platform excellence by ensuring testing is seamlessly integrated into the development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

· 
Take ownership of QA processes, ensuring the platform meets functional, quality, and performance requirements.

· 
Define, develop, and implement comprehensive testing strategies, plans, and procedures.

· 
Collaborate with the Test Manager to coordinate and enhance the testing setup.

· 
Lead the execution of manual and automated testing, including functional, regression, and performance testing.

· 
Work closely with product owners to understand requirements and ensure test cases align with business objectives.

· 
Setting the standards for  “Definition of Done” and ensuring its application in all development activities.

· 
Participate in and lead user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate the functionality and usability of platform updates.

· 
Identify, document, and track defects, working with development teams to ensure timely resolution.

· 
Monitor and improve QA processes, driving efficiency and effectiveness in testing methodologies.

· 
Provide insights and reports on testing results, platform quality, and areas for improvement.

· 
Stay updated on the latest tools, techniques, and best practices in quality assurance.

Qualifications:

· 
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

· 
Proven experience as a QA Manager or similar role, preferably in an e-commerce environment.

· 
Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and best practices.

· 
Hands-on experience with test automation tools and frameworks.

· 
Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence.

· 
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

· 
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented mindset.

· 
Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and SAP applications, such as SAP Commerce Cloud and SAP BTP, is a plus.

· 
A proactive and structured approach to managing QA processes in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.
