Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Process Owner Delegate for the Material Testing Process (f/m) to join our Business and Process Quality Team based in Toulouse, France.
In the young and thriving process of Material Testing you will be part of defining, implementing and supervising the process flows, requirements and adherence. As the Material Testing process is about to enlarge its scope and comprise the entire Aircraft production flow, you will be part of defining and describing the way of working.
You will develop a deep understanding of customers' needs and know the trends in the customers' target markets (incl. changes in business models and findings from benchmarks) in order to transfer the needs into quality requirements for processes/products/services.
As the person responsible for a process in the business management system, you will define and manage the process and its directive(s).
You will contribute towards the subsequent implementation in the business management system and deployment within operations whilst measuring the effectiveness of results.
Based on assessments and feedback, you will continuously improve the process and the business management system as well as its implementation, application and adherence in operations.
To ensure a robust scope evolution and constant maturity gains of the process, you will define and measure KPIs and survey the process adherence in the implementation phase as well as in operation by performing Go Look Sees. To assure constant improvement, efficiency and effectiveness gaining, you will regularly apply Lean Methods (e.g. Value Stream Mapping).
You will support the business process owners in defining, updating and maintaining their business requirements and be responsible for their integration in your process.
You will devise a quality management system with the required quality standards, directives and methods compliant with applicable external regulations, standards and internal rules.
You will, furthermore, select and/or develop and maintain quality methods & tools (incl. IT solutions and decision making support systems) which support on quality, on time and on cost delivery by delivering right first time and ensure their widespread implementation within the company.
You will also contribute towards developing and deploying the required learning solutions by being the subject matter expert for your process for quality, methods and tools.
To support the material testing network, the future Material Test Solution Center in its project phase and run mode, you will ensure the alignment between the requirements and the process, with the goal to describe harmonized and optimized process flows, qualification requirements and interface solutions. You will define the basis for a smooth and efficient way of working between Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Production, Quality and the Material Testing community.

Your boarding pass:

English fluent (written / spoken)
