Internship for Software Development Environment and Tooling Implementation (d/f/m)

Your tasks and responsibilities

· 
Performing additional verification steps on a SW build

· 
Generating more artefacts such as documentation

· 
Adding pipelines with very short execution times (triggered on commits or by manually) and for tools developed by department

· 
Optimizing existing pipeline (e.g. via incremental builds)

· 
Improving the pipeline execution results documentation in the CI/CD tool

· 
Introducing a comprehensive dashboard showing the live status of the software (e.g. build/test status + history/progress, LOCs, fixed defects, …)

· 
Supporting the SW release step

· 
Development and integration of a lightweight solution for monitoring general purpose discrete signals from within an existing test system

· 
Extend plugin used for a test system

 Desired skills and qualifications

· 
Enrolled full time student (d/f/m) within Computer Science or similar field of study

· 
Programming and Scripting Languages (Python, C, PowerShell)

· 
Secure Shell Services (SSH, SFTP)

· 
Jenkins is recommended

· 
Networking fundamentals (Ethernet, IP, TCP)

· 
English: fluent language knowledge recommended

· 
German: fluent language knowledge required 

· 
You are a good team player, have excellent communication skills, and are able to work independently.
