· 
Has full end to end accountability for Network automation services operation .

· 
Lead and manage network crisis cells of major operational and service problems.

· 
Drive Operational Roadmap.

· 
Continuously optimize the service performance

· 
Manage Mockup service (assets, physical access).

· 
Manage  Automation Operations Center (Connectbase and Bundle)
