Description of the job

Mission
A. The jobholder leads the “Air Handling/Cleanliness” projects for Buildings & Construction (B&C) / GWLUB” organisation of Facility Management & Real Estate UK in order to achieve operational and strategic company and functional objectives in full compliance with relevant regulations
B. The jobholder has full accountability to deliver planning and project management activities within the Air Handling/Cleanliness technical domain for national projects based on specific Service Level Agreements
C. The jobholder working with the HO Programme Management will support the different divisional Project Management and Buildings & Construction organisations in the UK sites and will contribute to create one integrated organisation and is fully accountable to achieve the expected cost saving targets for their technical domain

Activities
A. Understands, Reviews and Implements structural and condition surveys of Air Handling/Cleanliness across the 5 UK Sites to ensure each facility is “fit for purpose” and a common approach is adopted
B. Validated and support development a masterplan of investment to support Air Handling & Cleanliness infrastructure for business critical areas. Cleanrooms, data centres areas Production, Customer Services
C. Ensure the delivery of concept design, evaluation, execution of the official licensing procedures to obtain permission for construction, implementation planning and realization and construction of working space (Air Handling/Cleanliness) and related infrastructure in the UK sites.
D. Organize, plan, agree and monitor required resources to accomplish the delegated work to achieve an optimal allocation of financial resources as well as saving and cost targets
E. Ensure adequate relationship with internal customer an understanding and anticipation of business & customer needs including active demand management and strong supplier performance management to ensure delivery on time, on quality and on cost
F. Ensure proper risk management, especially regular and exhaustive identification, evaluation, mitigation and reporting of risks is established in the whole organisation; Ensure operator's responsibilities are performed and ensure compliance with applicable rules, regulations, legislation and local labour law
G. Contribute as a member of the GWLUB leadership team in the definition and development of strategic visions and orientations for the whole FM&RE organisation in UK. Contribute to the transnational process management team for the process “Provide Building/Infrastructure” to contribute to process improvement and harmonisation
