The Contract Management team of Airbus Commercial is opening a Sales Contracts Manager position, based in Blagnac.
In this role, you will work at the very heart of the aircraft sales campaigns within a Sales Unit
and will be accountable for the contractual integrity of any agreement entered into between Airbus and any of its customers.
Contractual integrity means that documentation strictly and unambiguously reflects all aspects of the commercial, technical, legal or other agreement reached between the customer and Airbus, while limiting in an optimal manner the implicit or explicit costs and risks triggered by the obligations entered into by Airbus pursuant to such agreement.
In this role, you will be

Internal/ external interface on all contractual matters related to the management of the sales contracts and aircraft deliveries;

Following up pre-delivery payments and other payments obligations from the customer and from Airbus;
·
Managing credits made available to customers;
·
Monitoring and ensuring implementation of all contractual deadlines/provisions;
·
Supporting the Business Units before signature of the contract (at time of sales proposal, MoU...) and for the whole duration of the contract, and prepare/agree on amendments to the contracts (other than amendments covering an incremental order) with the customers;

Preparing and managing the delivery closing, including: prepare Airbus commercial and legal documentation, compute the final aircraft price, prepare invoicing accordingly and ensure payment, monitor the delivery process on the legal, commercial, contractual and financial aspects, both internally and externally;

Ensuring current and accurate contractual Information.
Required skills:
- Master in Business, Law or Engineering
- Strong communication skills - verbal, written, and interpersonal
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills
- Basic understanding of financial tools
- Sound understanding of the business environment and constraints and ability to think
strategically / big picture perspective, in addition to attention to detail.
- Team player, with a strong culture of transparency with colleagues and management
- Proactive and creative in order to propose and implement pragmatic solutions to answer
customers concerns while preserving Airbus interest
- Strong leadership skills, ability to bring together multi-functional teams
- Ability to build customer relationship
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks, make critical decisions
- Ability to handle uncertainty and stress
- Ability to travel
