As a Trainee Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth running of our client's production processes. Your main responsibilities will include:
Assisting with the coordination of production activities, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Managing the production schedule and liaising with various teams to ensure efficient workflow.
Monitoring inventory levels and assisting in the procurement of necessary materials.
Maintaining accurate production records and generating reports for management.
To excel in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:
Proven experience in a similar administrative role, preferably within the packaging industry.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience working with production management software.
Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
