Forklift Driver

Are you an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver looking for a new opportunity? Look no further! We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our client's team as a Forklift Driver.

About the Role:

·  Operate a forklift to move, stack, and label materials efficiently and safely.

·  Load and unload trucks, performing quality checks on incoming and outgoing items.

·  Maintain inventory accuracy by keeping records of all materials moved or stored.

·  Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a clean and hazard-free work environment.

·  Collaborate with other team members to meet production targets and deadlines.

·  Conduct regular maintenance checks on forklift equipment and report any issues to the supervisor.

Requirements:

·  Previous experience as a Forklift Driver is essential.

·  Valid forklift operator certification.

·  Proficient in operating different types of forklifts, including counterbalance and reach trucks.

·  Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

·  Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.

·  Knowledge of safety regulations and a commitment to following them.

·  Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects.

·  Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and take on new tasks.

Job Type: Full-time - Monday to Friday (Monday to Thursday 7am-4pm and Friday 7am-12pm)

Location: Dagenham

Hourly rate: £13.15ph (can be reviewed)
