Job Title: Service Desk Administrator
Location: Preston
Remuneration: £25,000 - £26,000 per annum
Contract Details: Permanent, Full Time
Responsibilities:
· Work alongside the Service Team, assisting in the coordination of field engineers' schedules.
· Keep our customers informed by booking engineers on site and providing regular updates.
· Process subcontractor paperwork to ensure smooth project execution.
· Generate invoices for completed work, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
· Utilise Microsoft Office tools, such as Excel and Word, to support administrative tasks.
· Collaborate effectively within the team, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
· Demonstrate excellent time management and organisational skills to meet Service Level Agreements (SLA) and goals.
· Take ownership of your workload and contribute to the collective success of the team.
· Approach tasks and people with a positive attitude, contributing to a cheerful and productive work atmosphere.
· Problem-solve with the support of your team, utilising their expertise and resources.
· Embrace a continuous learning mindset, adapting and acquiring new skills as needed.
· Uphold ethical standards and foster a culture of inclusion within the organisation.
· Exhibit determination, motivation, and a strong work ethic in all aspects of your role.
