Job Title: Site Manager
Job Type: Temporary
Are you a proactive and organised individual with exceptional leadership skills? Our client is seeking a dedicated Site Manager to oversee their facilities in Hindley.
Responsibilities:
· Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth running of the site.
· Maintain compliance with relevant regulations and health and safety guidelines.
· Coordinate maintenance and repair projects to ensure the site is kept in excellent condition.
· Oversee cleaning operations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness are met.
· Lead and supervise a team of site staff, providing guidance and support.
· Ensure the security of the school site at all times.
Requirements:
· Proven experience in site management or a similar role.
· Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
· Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality.
· Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
ALL applicants MUST have an enhanced DBS certificate on the update service.
Additional Information:
Duration: To cover sickness
Days: Monday-Friday
Hours: 6am-10am AND 2pm-6pm (split shift)
Salary: £ 13.50ph
