Are you an experienced Executive Assistant with a passion for Higher Education! Our client, a prestigious institution in Knightsbridge, London, is seeking a Senior Executive Assistant to provide strategic and high-level administrative support to their Dean, Vice Deans, and the wider Dean's Office. This is a temporary role with a competitive hourly rate £31.00ph, offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to the organisation's success. Hybrid 3 days in office (Tuesday is essential)

As the Senior Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for leading the upskilling of current Executive Assistants and implementing robust processes that align with corporate standards. Your exceptional organisational skills will be put to use as you take charge of diary management and strategic briefing coordination when needed. Additionally, you will work closely with the Director of Operations and Planning on process improvements, restructures, and change management initiatives.

What you will be doing:

·  Providing high-level administrative support to senior leadership

·  Mentoring and leading the administrative team

·  Implementing and improving processes to enhance efficiency and operational consistency.

·  Collaborating with the Director of Operations and Planning on various initiatives

·  Assisting with diary management and strategic briefing coordination

What we are looking for:

·  Proven experience as an Executive Assistant in a similar role

·  Strong attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills

·  Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

·  Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

·  Proficiency in MS Office Suite
