Sales Administrator - Bury St Edmunds - £25-26k (DOE)
We are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator on behalf of our client based on the outskirts of Bury St Edmunds. This role is essential in supporting Account Managers and providing top-notch customer service to a broad customer base, including end-users, tradespeople, builders, and installers. Salary : £25-26k
Hours : 08:00am-17:00pm (Mon-Fri)
Job Responsibilities:
· Manage incoming calls and provide excellent customer service to both new and existing clients.
· Support the internal sales team by handling administrative tasks, producing quotations, and processing orders.
· Respond to customer inquiries via live chat on the company website and through email.
· Assist with returns and credits, maintaining high accuracy in processing all requests.
· Identify sales opportunities and forward them to relevant Account Managers.
· Review customer plans/specifications and provide recommendations to match their needs.
· Address technical queries when necessary, ensuring prompt and accurate information is provided.
What We're Looking For:
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
· Friendly, energetic personality with a proactive approach.
· Strong organization skills and confident telephone manner.
· Team-oriented with the ability to work independently when needed.
· Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel).
· Experience within a sales environment is advantageous, but full training on systems and products will be provided.
