We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join our client based in Kettering as a Sales Administrator on a permanent basis paying £24,000.00. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales department by ensuring smooth operations, efficient order processing, and excellent customer service. Responsibilities:
1. Order Processing:
- Efficiently process and manage sales orders from initiation to fulfilment.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in order entry and processing.
- Collaborate with various departments to streamline order fulfilment processes.
2. Record-Keeping:
- Maintain and organise detailed and up-to-date records of sales transactions.
- Generate and analyse sales reports to provide valuable insights for strategic decision-making.
3. Customer Support:
- Act as a point of contact for customer enquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively, fostering positive customer relationships.
4. Data Analysis:
- Utilise sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies based on data-driven insights.
5. Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative assistance to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and handling correspondence.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of sales-related documentation and materials.
6. Communication and Collaboration:
- Effectively communicate with internal teams to ensure alignment on sales objectives.
