Job Title: Finance Assistant

Location: Cannon Street, London

Duration: Minimum 1 Month

Hours: Full-Time, 9am - 5pm

Pay: £13-15phr

Job Description:

We are seeking a diligent and experienced Finance Assistant for a temporary, full-time position based in our Cannon Street, London office. This role is expected to last a minimum of one month, with the potential for extension based on performance and business needs. The ideal candidate will have prior experience using Sage software and be capable of handling various financial administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

·  Perform daily data entry and maintain accurate financial records using Sage software.

·  Assist with the preparation of financial reports and statements.

·  Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.

·  Process invoices, payments, and expenses.

·  Support month-end and year-end close processes.

·  Maintain organised financial files and records.

·  Assist with other administrative and financial tasks as required.

Requirements:

·  Proven experience as a Finance Assistant or in a similar role.

·  Proficiency in using Sage software is mandatory.

·  Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

·  Excellent organisational and time-management skills.

·  Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

·  Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

·  Basic understanding of financial principles and practices.
