Data Protection Manager - Inside IR35

Data Protection Manager

Rate - £550 a day

Location - London (Hybrid)

Duration - 6 Months Initially

IR35 - Inside (Must use an umbrella company)

·  Training and awareness plan

·  Create 12-month awareness and engagement strategy across different channels

·  Create infographics to support privacy notices to visualise how data is used and foster trust with our customers

·  Create 12-month training strategy

·  Develop training modules and content for different stakeholders and across different channels

·  Data protection documentation

·  Refresh and update of corporate and technical policies, privacy notices and guidance in line with approved templates (See spreadsheet for indication of breadth and type of policies )

·  Review and assess data protection and information security approach to remote working. Assess risks, mitigations and draft new policies and acceptable use.

·  Information governance audit

·  Assess compliance and gap analysis using the ICO 9 toolkits and create an action plan for each one individually.

·  Develop process maps and work with colleagues to draft key documents for W3 data governance project eg Access controls
