Job Advertisement: Live Chat Agent (Dutch-Speaking)

Are you a natural problem-solver with exceptional communication skills? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy providing excellent customer service? Our client, a leading organisation in the customer service industry, is seeking a talented individual to join their team as a Live Chat Agent . Fluency in Dutch is required for this role.

Responsibilities:

·  Respond to live chat and email inquiries from customers and clients regarding delivery requests, item faults, and complaints.

·  Demonstrate confidence in handling various issues and conducting thorough investigations to resolve problems effectively.

·  Provide prompt and accurate information, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining a high level of professionalism.

·  Support Dutch-speaking customers with clear and concise communication.

Requirements:

·  Fluency in Dutch (both written and verbal) is required.

·  Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a keen attention to detail.

·  Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm under pressure.

·  Ability to work effectively in a shift pattern of 5 over 7 days, with shifts predominantly from 9 am to 5 pm, but may also include shifts from 8 am - 4 pm and 11 am - 7 pm. Please note, this will involve weekend shifts.

·  Must be a team player and able to collaborate effectively with colleagues.

Details:

·  Location : Manchester city centre during the week (Work from home if working a weekend).

·  Pay : £12.00 per hour.
