Adecco are currently recruiting for a Graduation Assistants to join a prestigious university based in Holborn

Graduation Assistant

Salary: £14.35

Location: Holborn

We are running 12 ceremonies this winter. I am looking for 6 temps to work 16-19 December. The tasks will be generally assisting with ceremonies. This could entail stewarding, ushering, wand bearing, working on the ticket desk, working on the certificate desk etc. All roles require staff to be on their feet for most, if not all, of the duration of their shift, so please make this clear to candidates when they consider the role.

The hours would be as follows:

Monday 16 December: 10am-7pm ( 6 temps).

Tuesday 17 December and Wednesday 18 December: Split shift. 3 temps working 8am-4pm. 3 temps working 11.45am-7.45pm ( 6 temps in total).

Thursday 19 December: 9.30am-5pm ( 6 temps).

Some flexibility may be required. Please note the split shift on Tuesday 17 and Wednesday 18 December.

On 19 December, staff would get at least a 30-minute break. On all other days, staff would get an hour break.
