Position: Site Coordinator / Senior Caretaker
Location: North Bristol, BS9
Salary: £15-17 per hour dependant on experience
Hours: Full Time Monday-Friday, Temp to Perm Opportunity.
We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Site Coordinator to join our client's education team.
As a Site Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's educational facility. Your main responsibility will be to coordinate and oversee all aspects of the site, ensuring that everything runs efficiently and effectively. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse team and make a difference in the lives of students every day.
Key responsibilities:
· Coordinate and manage daily operations of the educational facility
· Collaborate with teachers and staff to ensure a positive learning environment
· Monitor and maintain facilities, ensuring they are clean and safe
· Manage schedules and calendars for various events and activities
· Assist in the recruitment, training, and supervision of staff members
· Handle administrative tasks such as record-keeping and reporting
· Respond to inquiries and concerns from students, parents, and staff
Qualifications:
· Previous experience within a site management or trade capacity
· Strong organisational and time management skills
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
· Knowledge of health and safety regulations within an educational setting
