Part Time Cook - Temporary or Permanent Opportunity

Are you a passionate cook looking for a rewarding part-time opportunity in the care industry? Our client is seeking a dedicated cook to join their team in Minehead and prepare delicious home-cooked meals for up to 32 residents. If you have some experience or are willing to learn, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Job Type: Permanent or temporary considered

Working Pattern: Part Time (no less than 20 hours per week)
Split Shifts 8am-2pm and 4pm-6pm

Weekend availability is required

Salary: Up to £12.50 per hour dependant on experience

Responsibilities:

·  Prepare and cook breakfast, lunch, and supper using fresh ingredients.

·  Cater to specific dietary requirements, such as diabetics, allergies, and special textured diets.

·  Maintain a clean and organised kitchen according to the cleaning rota.

·  Keep accurate records and ensure efficient stock control.

·  Occasionally work alone to prepare and serve meals.
