Job Title: Cleaning Supervisor

Location: Tetbury and surrounds

Contract Details: Permanent, Full Time

Salary: £15 per hour

They are now seeking a motivated Cleaning Supervisor to join their team and oversee the day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:

·  Supervise and manage a team of cleaning staff, ensuring effective performance and adherence to high standards

·  Plan and allocate work schedules, taking into account client requirements and staff availability

·  Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure consistent delivery of exceptional cleaning standards

·  Train new and existing staff on best practices, cleaning techniques, and safety procedures

·  Manage stock levels, cleaning supplies, and equipment maintenance

·  Handle client queries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally

·  Monitor and report any health and safety concerns or issues

Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

·  Previous experience as a Cleaning Supervisor or similar role

·  Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively

·  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and staff

·  Solid understanding of cleaning processes, products, and equipment

·  Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene

·  Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and multitask in a fast-paced environment

·  Full driving licence and willingness to travel to clients' locations
