Job Title: Business Change And Continuous Improvement Support

Duration: 12 months, extensions likely

Location: Warwick/Hybrid (once per week requirement in the office)

Salary: £450 - £500 per day via Umbrella

Our client, a leading player in the Utilities industry, is seeking a motivated and experienced Business Change & Continuous Improvement Support to join their team in Warwick.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving change initiatives and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the organisation. You will work closely with the Business Intelligence and Change Management team to develop and implement comprehensive change management plans that prioritise employee engagement and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

·  Support the development and implementation of change management and improvement plans, focusing on employee engagement and collaboration.

·  Identify potential resistance and risks, and develop strategies to address concerns and build trust.

·  Facilitate continuous improvement activities, encouraging employee participation and feedback.

·  Utilise methodologies such as Agile, Lean, or Six Sigma to drive improvements and enhance the employee and customer experience.

·  Foster a culture of collaboration and open communication across the Customer Connections team.

·  Act as a liaison between different departments, promoting cross-functional collaboration and unity.

·  Develop and deliver clear and compelling communication materials related to change initiatives.

·  Provide ongoing support and coaching to managers and employees on change methodologies and practises.

·  Create and maintain documentation related to change management processes, ensuring accessibility and transparency.

·  Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of change initiatives.

Requirements:

·  Proven experience in change management and continuous improvement roles.

·  Ability to inspire and motivate teams through a journey of change and adoption.

·  Skilled in bringing people together to work towards common goals, promoting inclusivity and unity.

·  Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

·  Flexible and open to change, with a commitment to continuous learning and growth.

·  Clear, empathetic, and effective communicator, both verbally and in writing.

·  Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify issues and develop practical, people-centric solutions.

·  Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Agile, Lean, or Six Sigma.
