This is an administrative position within a manufacturing company.
Main Responsibilities
*Customer contact for supply and delivery-related questions / issues.
*Manage any feed-back on day to day orders and order queries eg: shortages, mis-deliveries.
*Communicate with the customer on order status updates, issues etc.
*Deal with any ad hoc customer requests concerning supply and delivery.
*Assist in management of stock levels for customer-supplied components.
*Work with the supply chain team on how to best meet customer needs.
*Hold discussions on stock availability and prioritisation of production and packing.
*Review customer forecasts and advise on any changes, or queries.
*Analyse sales data, flagging and reacting to any sales uplifts/declines.
*Data entry
*Project management of new product introduction, product de-lists and other product changes proactively communicating stock positions to the customer and liaising internally to ensure effective change management.
*Monitor stock levels and facilitate any actions required for any 'date marked' stock issues.
*Instigate regular discussions with customers on performance and potential ways to improve.
*Cover administrative duties wherever necessary.

NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
IT Literacy
Excel knowledge intermediate

Work History
2+ years in customer facing role
2+ years in a manufacturing business
2+ years in B2B sales environment
2+ years within an SME
Can demonstrate accumulation of additional responsibility within a current or previous role (last 5 years)Can demonstrate promotion from a previous role (last 5 years)
