Job Description
· Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner
· Give detailed tour of spa area, provide explanation on when and how to use all spa amenities and facilities
· Guide guest at appropriate times to location to meet service provider
· Provide warm and sincere closing upon completion of service sequence
· Learn and use guests’ name whenever possible
· Adjust service to suit guests’ requests, personalised to meet their needs
· Use a Heartist® approach – make the guests Feel Welcome, Feel Heart-Warmed, Feel Incredible and Belong
· Monitor guests’ use of facilities and ensure their safety
· Efficiency of work to keep work area clean and tidy at all times
· Maintain an ample supply of massage oils, professional products, towels, sheets and other necessary items
· Timeliness in reporting dysfunctional equipment to supervisor for follow-up
· Assist with treatment types and retail product recommendation whenever consulted
· Efficiency of work to maintain cleanliness of treatment rooms, spa preparation room, retail display cabinets etc.
· Cleanliness and work safety in equipment handling, beverage preparation and service areas
· Participate in training activities to improve knowledge and skills
· Follow guidelines provided in Colleague Handbook
· Understand emergency procedures, health & safety requirements, lost & found procedures
· Maintain collaborative working relationships with colleagues & supervisors / managers
Qualifications
· At least one year of experience in related club or spa environment
· Spoken and written English
· Interpersonal skills
· People-oriented and Team player
· Able to work under pressure and independently
· Looks presentable
