Job Description

Greet and escort guests to their tables, offering a friendly and professional welcome.

Explain the menu and daily specials, providing personalized suggestions.

Take food and beverage orders accurately, ensuring all dietary preferences and restrictions are accommodated.

Collaborate with the kitchen and bar team to ensure orders are delivered accurately and on time.

Maintain clean and organized work areas, complying with hygiene and food safety regulations.

Qualifications

As our Server, you will be responsible for providing high-quality service to guests in the hotel's restaurants, bars, and event areas.

You will ensure a luxurious dining experience, offering personalized service and anticipating guest needs with an impeccable attention to detail.

You must be a technician or professional in Hospitality and Tourism or a related field with more than 3 years of experience in the luxury hotel industry and at least 2 years of experience in the same position.

Advanced conversational English is required, and a third language is desirable.
