Job Description
• Execute the marketing and advertising plan for annual and monthly promotional campaigns.
• Support for the overall marketing communications initiatives.
• Promote F&B outlets and Lifestyle & Fun activities in various channels from online to offline as assigned.
• Manage Social Media accounts of F&B and restaurants.
• Execute photography and videography for F&B and Lifestyle & Fun offerings and promotion assigned by marketing.
• Coordinate and assist in hosting KOLs/ Influencers during their stay at the resort, ensuring a great experience.
• Take part in F&B and Lifestyle & Fun meetings if assigned and report to the Marketing Manager.
• Handle paperwork, statements, contracts and payment documents.
• Update new promotions and remove expired ones on LCD, Handigo, and IPTV.
Qualifications
• Diploma in Tourism / Hospitality Management
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar capacity or minimum 2 years of experience in the area of guest services/digital-marketing
• Experience executing paid social media campaigns
• Ability to work independently and flexibly
• Creative skills for contributing new and innovative ideas
• Be able to take lifestyle photo and video
• High degree of professionalism with strong understanding of business acumen
• Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and relevant financial and accounting reporting systems
