Key Responsibilities:

·  Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the security team.
·  Monitor security systems and respond to incidents promptly.
·  Conduct regular inspections and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
·  Prepare and submit incident reports and shift summaries.
·  Train and mentor security staff to maintain high performance standards.
·  Liaise with local authorities and emergency services when necessary.
·  Ensure compliance with legal and organizational security requirements.

المؤهلات

·  Proven experience in a supervisory security role.
·  Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written); English proficiency is a plus.
·  Strong leadership and communication skills.
·  Knowledge of security systems and emergency procedures.
·  Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
·  Relevant certifications in security or safety management are preferred.
