Job Description
The Sales & Marketing intern, support, sales & B2B marketing activities. This role actively assists in organising events, tradeshows, and marketing activities.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
· Assist and coordinate all Sales and B2B Marketing activities for Orient Express products.
· Assist in implementing specific actions to optimize product visibility among identified target audiences.
· Develop expertise in all products under the Orient Express brand (including operations) to create and generate promotional assets (both online and offline).
· Provide information to internal and external stakeholders.
· Develop expertise in the travel industry to understand and support our business partners.
· Have an understanding and overview of ACCOR's internal S&M resources to proactively activate communications and promotional activities for the products.
· Actively participate in organizing events and trade shows.
· Actively contribute to online marketing activities and website updates.
· Provide support to product and central sales teams.
Qualifications
· Master’s degree in business, marketing, hospitality, or related field.
· Fluent in English. French is a plus
· Relevant internships or work-study experience in sales or marketing.
· A strong interest in the luxury industry is a plus.
· Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles.
· Strong organizational and project management skills.
· Familiarity with CRM tools (training provided).
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to assist in creating promotional materials.
· Basic data analysis skills for report compilation.
· Interest in the travel industry and eagerness to learn.
· Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, InDesign, Illustrator).
· Creative thinker and team player.
We are looking for an intern available for 6 months starting from January 2025.
