Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

·  Investigate market conditions and competition to develop and execute effective sales strategies that increase revenue.
·  Establish and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers, identifying new business opportunities.
·  Assist in developing strategic sales plans and ensure achievement of organisational objectives.
·  Coordinate seamlessly with all departments to maximise cooperation, productivity, and guest service.
·  Manage, motivate, and develop the sales team, ensuring they are well-informed of department objectives and trained in safety procedures.
·  Oversee financial aspects of sales operations, identifying cost-effective resource utilisation.
·  Stay updated on industry events and opportunities to enhance sales of hotel facilities. 

Qualifications

3-5 years of experience.

Strong understanding of business practices and industry trends. 

· 
Demonstrated work ethic and consistent over-achievement. 

· 
Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple priorities and make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

· 
Excellent analytical skills - such as translating data into actions, or analyzing sales metrics, and producing relevant KPIs.
