Job description

Key tasks

- We are looking for a Resort Manager who will be responsible for the planning, organizing, directing and managing of resort operations to maximize the profitability and to achieve guest satisfaction while ensuring employee engagement and coordination with the owners and other stakeholders with quality assurance and exceeding financial goals.
- He/she should develop, recommend, implement and manage the operational departments annual and long term goals.

Essential and optional requirements

- Previous experience and a minimum of 5 years resort operational management.
- Strong understanding of hotel operations in rooms division, F&B including finance, budgeting, forecasting, human resources, revenue management. Sales & marketing competencies.
- Strong decision making ability as well as oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to create positive, appropriate, effective and sustainable working relationships with a diverse group of people at all levels
