Job Description
· As a Regional Revenue Manager Mediterranean , you will play a pivotal role in supporting and coaching a team of Senior, Multi, and Junior Hotel Revenue Managers. Your mission is to drive revenue performance by optimizing revenue management strategies, enhancing efficiency, and ensuring a strong service provider mindset across your team.
What will you do?
· Implement and oversee revenue management strategies across the region, ensuring alignment with global corporate objectives.
· Lead, mentor, and develop a team of revenue managers, fostering a strong culture of performance and customer satisfaction.
· Analyze and forecast revenue trends, identifying opportunities to optimize profitability.
· Support training and development initiatives, ensuring the team stays at the forefront of industry practices and tools.
· Act as the key communication link between local teams, the VP of Revenue Management, and other commercial development stakeholders.
Qualifications
Our ideal profile would be:
· A degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in the tourism or hospitality industry.
· At least three years of experience in a senior revenue management role.
· Strong analytical skills, with the ability to manage data from multiple sources (PMS, TARS, RMS, Excel, market insights, etc.).
· Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a proactive and strategic mindset.
· Fluency in Italian and English (spoken and written).
