Job Description

- Promote the hotel in the assigned area/territory and to achieve optimal sales at the best possible conditions for the hotel to update with the market.

- Drive the businesses and manage of key accounts. Set the strategies to achieve the target.

- Control the expenses of department.

- Manage sales department, in-charge of training and supervising the Sales team.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree from a hospitality school

- Minimum 4 years of Sales management experience or at least 1 years of experience in a similar capacity with proven records

- High degree of professionalism with strong understanding of global markets and business acumen

- Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
