Job Description

We are looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Public Areas Attendant to join our team. You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in both public and back-of-house areas while ensuring high standards of safety and security. If you have a passion for cleanliness, teamwork, and providing exceptional service, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

·  Clean and maintain public and back-of-house areas to high standards, adhering to hotel guidelines.
·  Assist with regular stocktaking of cleaning equipment.
·  Safely handle and store cleaning agents in compliance with health and safety regulations.
·  Assist with room cleaning, houseman duties, the laundry and uniform room, and other tasks required.
·  Support team members and help with guest requests as needed.

Qualifications

Our ideal candidate will: 

·  Have a positive, friendly, and guest-focused attitude
·  Be physically fit and comfortable working independently
·  Have a keen eye for detail
·  Be flexible to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed
