Key tasks

As part of the Global Partnerships team, the PMO plays an integral role during the strategic planning, initial & ongoing planning stages for any key global projects:

- Working alongside the SVP to formulate the strategic vision, drive innovation and transform the partnership strategy across Brand, Experiences and Loyalty

- Ensuring project management to develop cohesive strategic planning across critical business functions ensuring performance: Loyalty, Marketing, UX, IT, Data, Finance,…

- Creating structured schedules and project plans based on the Department goals, resources needed, potential risks, time to market and budget constraints. Ensure clear and actionable deliverables or activities to be completed. Each of these activities should have an identified owner, the person who will carry this out, as well as a clear timeline, success criteria, dependencies and resolution options.

- Actively collaborating with different functions to assess the workloads, and impacts for different departments while driving transformation.

- Managing Department Global Budget & KPI reporting

- Creating & optimizing Business Case templates which determine the foundational examples to drive value creation and revenues

- Identifying industry trends and innovation to stimulate growth & new thinking

The PMO holds owners accountable for their commitments, conducts project meetings and provide status update ensuring flawless execution of the ambitious transformation strategy. This role is able to evolve in a matrix environment to adapt to evolving needs, conditions or issues that may arise and ensure high-quality delivery in accordance with the stated project goals.

PMO will support the SVP Partnerships to carry out the experiential, loyalty and hospitality brand driven initiatives across regions & within our international HQ.
