Accor Hotels - Iris Portfolio is seeking an up-and-coming HR Professional to join our Portfolio of 17 Hotels as our Talent & Culture Administrator
Job Description
What You Will Be Doing:
· Working closely with the Portfolio Talent & Culture Business Partner, you will provide administrative support meeting the operational needs of the Hotels, aligning with Accor Talent & Culture Strategies and policies.
· Coordinating onboarding of new employees, and maintaining on-going support to our employees.
· Maintain Talent & Culture Systems including Staff files, learning systems and Tracking.
·
· Guest Experience component.
Qualifications
About You:
· Self-driven, curious, with a strong desire to learn.
· Strong administrative and organizational skills.
· Experience within the Hospitality industry desirable.
· Experience with Microsoft office suite, including excel and canva desirable.
