Job Description
·
Team Leadership:
· Supervise and lead the F&B team, providing guidance, training, and support.
· Assign duties and responsibilities to team members to ensure smooth operations.
· Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork and collaboration.
·
Guest Service:
· Ensure that all guests receive prompt, courteous, and professional service.
· Address and resolve guest complaints and issues efficiently.
· Maintain a strong presence on the floor, interacting with guests to enhance their dining experience.

Operational Management:
· Oversee the setup, operation, and closing procedures of the restaurant.
· Monitor and maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the dining area.
· Ensure that all equipment and facilities are in good working condition.

Order and Inventory Management:
· Coordinate with the kitchen and bar to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
· Assist in managing inventory levels, placing orders, and receiving supplies.
· Monitor stock levels and minimize waste.

Training and Development:
· Conduct training sessions for new hires and ongoing training for existing staff.
· Ensure team members are knowledgeable about menu items, specials, and promotions.
· Provide feedback and coaching to improve performance and service standards.

Reporting and Documentation:
· Maintain accurate records of daily operations, including sales, expenses, and guest feedback.
· Prepare and submit reports to the Outlet Manager as required.
· Assist in budgeting and financial planning for the F&B department.
Qualifications
· Excellent communication and organizational skills
· Two years’ experience as a waiter
· Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
· Highly responsible & reliable
· Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
· Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
· Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
