Job Description
· Translate creative briefs and concepts into visually compelling designs that align with our brand guidelines.
· Design visually captivating materials across various platforms, including marketing collaterals, social media graphics, and digital content, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
· Utilize graphic design software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva, to produce high-quality designs.
· Apply knowledge of color theory, typography, and visual composition to enhance design impact.
· Prepare designs for print, with a thorough understanding of printing techniques and processes.
· Stay updated on industry trends and visual design advancements.
· Develop engaging social media content that aligns with the brand's identity and messaging.
· Compile and edit newsletters and mailings with strong creative writing skills.
· Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and suggest innovative ideas for marketing efforts.
· Maintain and organize marketing archives effectively.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
· Proven experience in graphic design.
· Hands-on experience in agencies or within marketing and communication departments.
· Creative, innovative, and up-to-date with current design and content marketing trends.
· Ability to enforce hotel and brand quality standards and procedures.
· Ability to prioritize tasks and ensure follow-through.
· Effective communication skills with a cooperative and collaborative approach.
· Positive attitude, high personal responsibility, and a strong work ethic.
