Job Description
Ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Hotel's overnight operation, while maintaining luxury standards for guests and holding responsibility for the safety and security of the property.
· Complete thorough audits of all daily revenue and postings, making the necessary adjustments to ensure accuracy of reporting.
· Collate paperwork for departures, including credit card and company charges to be forwarded to Accounts department.
· Ensure the safety and security of the property and the smooth and efficient running of the Hotel's overnight operation.
· Carry out reception duties in case of any late arrivals or early departure, taking future reservations or answer guest’s inquiries.
· Co-ordinate and lead the activities of the night team members.
Qualifications

· Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role;
· Knowledge of Opera or a similar property management system;
· Up-to-date Manager Certificate, and First Aid Certificate;
· Full, clean New Zealand driving license;
· Ability to train and develop team members;
· Appetite for continued growth and professional development.
