Job Description

What you’ll do:

·  Drive sales across our F&B outlets and event spaces, including Harbour Society, HI-SO, and private dining venues.
·  Build and maintain relationships with clients, turning enquiries into memorable experiences.
·  Respond to enquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings
·  Host site inspections and build strong client relationships
·  Prepare tailored proposals, Event run sheets and coordinate site inspections.
·  Collaborate with our culinary and events teams to deliver seamless service.
·  Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity.

Qualifications

What you’ll bring:

·  2+ years Proven experience in hospitality or F&B sales, ideally in a luxury hotel setting
·  Strong ability to drive revenue and convert leads into long-term business
·  Confident communicator with excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
·  Proactive, target-driven, and commercially savvy
·  Organised, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple client accounts
·  Passion for food, events, and delivering exceptional guest experiences
·  A flair for creativity and alignment with the bold SO/ brand
