Job Description

Do you love the idea that guests leave raving about their stay because you worked your magic behind the scenes? Do you get a quiet thrill from seeing the freshest, crispest, whitest linens known to humankind? Are you the type who stays cool as a cucumber even when the towels are piling high?

As a Laundry Attendant — whether you're the hero of the daylight hours or the legend keeping things rolling through the night — you’ll take full ownership of the hotel’s laundry operations. Your work ensures our room attendants are always stocked with beautifully fresh linens, and our guests enjoy the comfort they expect (and brag about).

Fresh sheets, happy guests, and smooth operations — all thanks to you.
What you will be doing:

·  Industrially cleaning and accounting for all hotel linens
·  Using industrial washing machines and driers
·  Using industrial ironing and folding machine
·  Working in a small tight knit team to achieve nightly targets

Qualifications

Your experience and skills will include:

·  Warm and caring personality
·  Previous experience in night shift work in housekeeping is an asset
·  Enthusiasm and commitment to deliver exceptional service
·  Ability to multitask with a can-do attitude
·  Excellent verbal and written communication skills
·  Ability to cope under pressure without negative impact
·  A high standard of personal presentation
