Job Description

What you will be doing:

·  Assisting the Night Manager to check and prepare reports & statistical information in accordance with service standards and auditing procedures
·  Balance Food & Beverage point of sale transactions and credit card transactions to journal reports
·  Greet, check-in, respond to requests and settle accounts while providing exceptional service
·  Assist other departments with overnight duties as required to ensure a positive guest experience

Qualifications

What you will bring to the role:

·  Previous Night Audit / Front Office experience
·  Experience working with Windows, Microsoft Office Suite and Opera (or a related PMS system).
·  POS experience is an asset
·  Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet
·  Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
·  Available to work overnight, with shifts rostered from 11pm to 7am
·  Full and unrestricted Australian drivers licence
·  Valid and current First Aid and CPR certificate
·  South Australian RSA certification
·  Full unrestricted Australian work rights
