Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
    •    Develop and execute distribution and e-commerce strategies to maximize online revenue and market share
    •    Manage and optimize all digital sales channels, including https://all.accor.com/, Accor Live Limitless (ALL), OTAs, GDS, wholesalers, and meta-search platforms
    •    Ensure rate parity, inventory accuracy, and content consistency across all online channels
    •    Monitor and analyze channel performance, conversion, and net revenue, providing actionable insights and recommendations
    •    Collaborate closely with Revenue Management, Sales, and Marketing teams to align pricing strategies, promotions, and digital campaigns
    •    Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and emerging digital opportunities to strengthen online presence and performance



SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
    •    Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Distribution, E-Commerce, Revenue, or Sales role within a 5-star hotel or resort
    •    Strong understanding of hotel digital distribution systems, including CRS, GDS, PMS, RMS, channel managers, and OTAs
    •    Proven experience managing and growing online sales performance across leisure and corporate segments
    •    Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into commercial actions
    •    Excellent written and spoken English, with strong communication and presentation skills
    •    Detail-oriented, guest-focused, adaptable, and able to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
