About the Hotels
Working flexibly across the newly rebranded and freshly refurbished Novotel Sydney City Centre, ibis Styles Sydney Central, The Sebel Sydney Martin Place and Mercure Bankstown, you will have autonomy and variety in your day.
Partnering with four dedicated and enthusiastic General Managers, working alongside leaders and line level team members and being part of a successful portfolio, you will have the support of an experienced Talent & Culture team to assist you in the execution of our people strategy.
Job Description
About the Role
Your day to day as a multi hotel T&C BP could look like this;
· Drive learning & development initiatives with focus from our Heartist's PLDP and with the support from our Academy team
· Collate and analyze HR data from monthly reporting, investigating trends and seeking out areas of improvement
· Provide management and coaching support to departmental leaders on any performance and or IR issues with the assistance of your Director & GM
· Act as an ambassador for your four brands, with integrity, kindness and Heartistry in all decisions you make that impact our team members
· Understand the hotel operations, embedding yourself as part of the team, being present during special events or team engagement activations
· Mitigate risk by being actively involved in WHS meetings, managing any workers compensation claims with assistance from our broker ensuring a safe return to work practice
· Highlight top talent, creating a pipeline of engaged hospitality professionals for internal transfer within the company as well as the recruitment & attraction of new talent
· Actively participate in community partnerships, with focus on our philosophy of the social elevator
