Job Description

· 
Install, inspect, maintain, and repair air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration systems.

· 
Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.

· 
Clean, adjust, and repair systems, and perform warranty services.

· 
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and regulations.

· 
Provide technical advice and guidance to clients on best maintenance practices.

· 
Perform routine maintenance on systems to increase their efficiency.

· 
Maintain accurate service records and reports.

· 
Collaborate with other technicians or contractors as needed.

· 
Keep inventory of supplies and tools, and order new ones as necessary.

Qualifications

· 
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in HVAC systems preferred.

· 
Proven experience as an AC Technician or similar role.

· 
Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams, codes, and standards.

· 
Good understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.

· 
Ability to work in confined spaces, at heights, and in a variety of environments.

· 
Excellent communication and customer service skills.

· 
Physical stamina and dexterity.

· 
Valid driver’s license (if required for field service).
