• You have a degree in Hotel Management School, or general Business School.
• You have a clear understanding of the hotel industry as well as analytical capabilities, experience in study cases, market research and studies with mathematical background.
• You are able to function in a demanding multi stakeholder environment
• You have experience in hotel operations (rooms division)
• You have knowledge of the hotel development of the local Amsterdam market
• Tools:
o Excel advanced user (formulas, database, pivot tables)
o Revenue Management System
o Technologies and distribution tools like PMS, CRS and distribution channels
• Speaking and writing fluently in English - Dutch or French are preferred.

Sofitel Legend The Grand is a top 5 star hotel in Amsterdam and one of Accor’s flagship hotels in the Netherlands: 177 rooms, 52 suites, 19 meeting rooms. As Junior Hotel RM, you will assist the Hotel Revenue Manager in his daily tasks. Operating in a highly competitive and demanding environment, you will be co-responsible for the implementation of the RM processes and methods. Your goal is to optimize the total revenue (rooms, F&B) in accordance with brand’s marketing, country, area and hotel strategies and customer’s needs. You will be in touch daily with various stakeholders: sales & distribution team, rooms division, support office colleagues, other Accorhotels properties. Communication and co-working is essential. You will also have the opportunity to regularly meet the Accorhotels RM colleagues, and learn from them in terms of strategy and revenue management.
