Key tasks

Job Purpose

The position is responsible to provide IT support to FOLS hotels after implementation to assure that project implementation are well maintained and consistent with the mission, vision, and values of the Information Technology department and organization.

The support includes FOLS PMS, key hotel applications, interfaces systems such as POS (point of sales), door lock system and call accounting. He/ she will provide consultation and communicate hotel applications solutions effectively to hotel management team and user. He/ she will support hotel systems to ensure reliability and continuous operation conduct review of hotel system under AccorHotels standard.

Primary Responsibilities

FOLS Support

• Assist FOLS hotels with day-to-day requests e.g. Reset Password, Join Domain, Webmail, EPAY password reset, other FOLS change request.
• Troubleshoot FOLS issues e.g. reservation, invoicing, deposit control, AR, interface, etc.
• To perform FOLS basic configuration using Parameter, Habilitation, and Enumeration functions.
• Be able to check FLINT and do some basic set-ups e.g. Directory Import.
• Assist FOLS hotels to Map product codes in FOLS and Back Office system with BOH Configuration file.
• To perform basic set-ups in central level and replicate down to hotels e.g. User creation, rates creation.
• Prepare FOLS summary report with data extracting from HEAT.
• Prepare FOLS Help Sheet for Hotel users.
• Be responsible for FOLS cases in HEAT. Try to close case in a timely manner.

Other IT Responsibilities

• Provide FOLS presentation and Demo to Hotel’s Owner or GMs for new hotels.
• Prepare the test lab for each country in region to test the interfaces and conduct the training which matches up with country requirements.
• Support other activities in the Regional Offices and Hotels as assigned.
• Update FOLS website as a knowledge base for users who would like to find necessary information for their daily business.
