Job Description

·  Install, inspect, and maintain HVAC systems,
·  Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems and related equipment
·  Perform routine maintenance, including cleaning, adjustments, and replacements
·  Test electrical circuits and components for continuity
·  Monitor and adjust thermostat settings and controls
·  Maintain accurate service records and reports

Qualifications

·  Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry preferred.
·  Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for delivering excellence.
·  Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
·  Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
·  Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
