Conveniently located in the Heart of the Sydney The Sebel Sydney Martin Place is looking for a  Part Time  -  Night Auditor to join our night team. If you function better at night and considered a night shift expert this could be the opportunity for you.

Job Description

What will you be doing?

·  Complete thorough audits of all daily revenue and postings, making necessary adjustments to ensure accuracy of reporting.
·  Collate paperwork for departures, including credit card and company chares to be forwarded to Accounts department.
·  Provide passionate, knowledgeable and friendly service to external and internal guests at all times 
·  Answer all telephone calls in a professional manner according to brand standard
·  Ensure guests who are not ALL - Accor Live Limitless members are briefed on features and benefits and signed up to the loyalty program   

Qualifications

Your Skills and experience include:

·  Previous customer service experience in a Hotel environment
·  Strong knowledge of computer systems including Microsoft Office and preferably in Opera Cloud
·  The ability to work independently, multitask and look for the "yes" in any situation
·  Strong communication skills and pride in personal presentation
·  A genuine customer service focus and a strong dedication to always making our guest’s smile during their stay
