Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated HR Manager to join our team at Swissôtel Damian Jasna , a newly opened 5-star hotel with 150 rooms and suites. We are seeking a colleague who will provide strong support to both leadership and employees, ensuring that the hotel delivers the best possible service. This role requires a committed professional who will enhance and guide the full talent journey, from recruitment to employee development, fostering a high-performing and engaged team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

·  Ensure full compliance with labour regulations and company policies, overseeing all aspects of hard HR.
·  Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent, supporting the entire talent journey from hiring to onboarding and career development.
·  Develop and implement training programs that enhance employee skills and engagement, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
·  Provide strategic HR support to both leadership and employees, ensuring a motivated and high-performing team.
·  Manage payroll processes, working closely with relevant departments to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
·  Oversee time & attendance records, ensuring proper tracking and reporting.
·  Support Department Heads in managing HR-related challenges, offering guidance on performance management, development plans, and engagement strategies.
·  Participate in career fairs and establish strong connections with professional schools to strengthen our talent pipeline.
·  Maintain a confidential and efficient filing system for employee records and candidate information.

Qualifications

·  Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Manager, ideally in the hospitality industry.
·  Fluency in English and Slovak.
·  Strong knowledge of labour law, HR compliance, and payroll processes.
·  Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with employees at all levels.
·  Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) at an upper intermediate level.
·  Proven ability to work in a confidential environment with professionalism, tact, and diplomacy.
